This directory contains all the Matlab m-file scripts necessary 
to plot and invert TAPS-6 cast-mode data files. You should copy all 
of these files into a directory in your Matlab area and add this 
directory to your pathnames.

	Several example files are provided to let you exercise the 
cast-mode analysis programs. These files are contained in the 
subdirectory CASTSAMPS in the folder SAMPLES:

  CASTSAMPS
	T6EX1.txt is a profile taken off Bermuda.
	T6EX2.txt is a profile taken in a lake.
	T6EX3.txt is a profile taken off Long Beach, CA. 
	T6EX4.txt is a profile taken off Long Beach, CA. 
	T6EX5.txt is a profile taken off Long Beach, CA.
	CAST01_02.log is a pair of profiles from Lake Miramar, CA.
	T010223.log is a profile from Lake Miramar with a fluorometer 
attached.
	INSTDAT.log is a sample of instrument-mode data.
