INVERSE PROGRAMS
This page provides links to Matlab® code that we used to
process data from the TAPS-6 gadget. For simplicity, I will
only add the code for CAST mode on this device. The CD
provided to users of the TAPS-6 contained these programs as
well as processing programs for other modes. I would be
happy to send these other programs to anyone who was
interested.
The page CAST shows the programs used to read, plot, and
invert the TAPS-6 CAST mode data sets. The page SAMPLES
contains data sets from here and there that can be
processed using these programs. See the README file in
CAST. The page UTILITIES contains a number of routines that
are called by the programs in CAST, including NNLS.M.
